They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure complete approval\/authorization is obtained before processing bills for payment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt processing and posting of bills with D365 accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile supplier\u2019s and customer\u2019s statements of account with the company\u2019s record.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure corrections\/adjustment of all wrong entries and resolve all payment queries.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all transactions are captured into the correct account based on cost centers and locations on or before the close of month period.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating, and distributing cash receipts logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledgers.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email.<\/li>\n<li>Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Minimize bad debts risk and maximize account receivable collections.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer ledger accounts, prepare, and analyze aging reports.<\/li>\n<li>Total adherence to customer\u2019s credit limit and credit periods.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate credit file and collection file.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to perform bank reconciliation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Must at least be in the professional stage in ICAN\/ACCA.<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 30 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, Communication, Integrity, Proactive, Confidentiality, and Privacy, Budgeting, understanding of basic finance principles, Audit background (Added advantage) Good use of Microsoft suites, good use of Dynamics 365 or any ERP Accounting software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN300,000 &#8211; N400,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psychospaceinternational.com\/psychometrics_2\/control_pre_application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psychospace International Limited &#8211; Our client is a leading player in trade distribution in Nigeria and West Africa with over 40 years of successful operation partnering with global brands in&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
