We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Compensation and Benefits Expert<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Duties will you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You review the company&#8217;s compensation and benefits structure is competitive, fair and consistent with the company&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations for management to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.<\/li>\n<li>You will report directly to executive management and the board of directors.<\/li>\n<li>You develop compensation policies and strategies, including salary structures, pay scales, and incentive programs.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the competitiveness, you will conduct market research and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the HR team to align compensation and benefits with the organization&#8217;s performance management system. Develop and implement merit increase processes, performance-based incentive programs, and recognition initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Skills must you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Master&#8217;s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Personal Administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum\u00a0 of10\u00a0years of professional experience in a Compensation and Benifits position<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office systems; knowledge of SAP HR is an additional advantage<\/li>\n<li>C1 English knowledge is required for this role<\/li>\n<li>Result-driven with a \u201chands-on\u201d personality and an entrepreneurial spirit paired with excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in project work in an international environment \/ multinational group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Can We Offer You?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have an exciting job waiting for you with very good remuneration and various bonuses, social benefits and low tax burden as well as good training opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive an extensive travel package from us.
