We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Rider Training &amp; Deployment Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gigmile is looking for an experienced individual who will identify and monitor riders&#8217; training needs, design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviews existing rider&#8217;s training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and\/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed training course content and lesson plans.<\/li>\n<li>Administer practical training to Captains, including how to operate a motorcycle, undertake safety checks, and respond in case of emergency.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, instruct, and assess Captains readiness from start to deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain Captains\u2019 progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the learning facilities and other assets afforded to discharge assigned responsibilities effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement training budget.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation and Certifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of driving instructor experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough understanding of training processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to moderate and train large groups.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of oral instruction and delivery techniques<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the Lagos State Traffic Act and Regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@gigmile.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@gigmile.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gigmile, is a startup focused on transforming the gig economy and unlocking opportunities for Gig workers in Africa.
