We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operations Officer as it applies to ITC Advisory Services, is a role where the staff\u2019s responsibility generally is to establish and nurture a working. relationship between ITC Advisory Services and MDAs for a mutual benefit.<\/li>\n<li>The position reports to the Head of MDAs Monitoring &amp; Liaison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The specific responsibilities of a Operations Officer are but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have thorough knowledge of the MDA, its revenue collection process as well as an understanding of how that impacts the operations and objectives of ITC Advisory Services.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between ITC Advisory Services and the MDA.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports about particular incidents, events, meetings or updates about an important issue in the MDAs affecting ITC Advisory Services.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively and promptly solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between ITC Advisory Services and the MDA.<\/li>\n<li>Sensitize tax payers through technology or in person, communicating to them about ITC\u2019s services and its role to the success of the state government.<\/li>\n<li>Provide routine report to supervising line managers and also tax payers about achievements and improvements planned to address prevalent deficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents in the MDA to resolve tax payers complaints and demand notice rejections<\/li>\n<li>Acting as contact points for ITC Advisory Services at the MDA\u2019s office;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating meetings and cooperation among tax payers and the MDA;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a positive representation of ITC Advisory Services to the MDA, tax payers and general public;<\/li>\n<li>Obtain correspondences on behalf of ITC.<\/li>\n<li>Close out or open tax payers complaint records.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the customer service manager to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly compile reports and submit to the supervising manager on tasks performed.<\/li>\n<li>Identify needs\/wants of tax payers.<\/li>\n<li>Make available service brochures for tax payers and other prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to clients and tax payers via phone call; verifying information regarding their account.<\/li>\n<li>Relate with clients and tax payers in the warmest possible way without compromising integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure record of payment and other pertinent tax payers information such as addresses and phone numbers are properly kept.<\/li>\n<li>Any other task\/assignment as directed by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must not be more than 26 years as at the date of application<\/li>\n<li>Must be single.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal Skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN60,000 &#8211; N70,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:itcadvisoryservices1@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">itcadvisoryservices1@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>8th September, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITC Advisory Services is a firm that engages in the provision of Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) Advisory Services, Tax Management &amp; Consulting, Information System &amp; Technology, and Management Consultancy Services&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[11,28],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>ITC Advisory Services Current Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
