We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Restaurant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abijo, Lekki Phase 1 &amp; Ijora &#8211; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop plans and tactics to achieve and exceed daily sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage absence and disciplinary issues, and escalate to the Human Resources department.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of local competition and develop plans to retain customers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the implementation of local sales-building programs.<\/li>\n<li>Staff incentive planning and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Seek and suggest ways to reduce waste and operational costs of the restaurant.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the general activities of the restaurant.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and artisans.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure orderliness among staff and all staff are carrying out their duties on time.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer\u2019s complaints professionally and review customer\u2019s surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products are delivered according to items ordered and the company&#8217;s standard.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement methods of improving customer satisfaction through excellent service.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee food production, storage and presentation to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Inventory to ensure that food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure front counter procedures are being used consistently by all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Provide individuals with development training to maximize their skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Tertiary Degree in Business or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role in the fast food sector, with a track record of achieving excellent sales figures.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage disciplinary issues.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and comprehensive skill is important for this role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deescalate tense situations with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to delegate and follow through.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and experience using-class software would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@jsixgroup.com\">recruitment@jsixgroup.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title and preferred Location as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J-Six Group is a conglomerate with subsidiaries in Agriculture, Agri-business, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Logistics sectors.
