We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Talent Acquisition Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The ideal candidate will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition through to the on- boarding of candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the implementation of the graduate trainee framework.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, updating and maintaining the recruitment database.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the onboarding programs (weekly and Quarterly) and the periodic surveys and follow up interventions to ensure that new hires acclimatise seamlessly.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the recruitment of outsourced employees in collaboration with the labour service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the recruitment budget in line with the approved manpower plan for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the placement of SIWES interns and ensure proper documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the recruitment tracker daily and preparing the weekly recruitment status report.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company\u2019s hiring needs and organisational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing company talent acquisition strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Performing analysis of organisational development and anticipating future employment needs.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and managing the recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the marketing department to develop a strong employer brand.<\/li>\n<li>Headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates and approaching specific markets and organisations for roles and succession gaps<\/li>\n<li>Implementing agreed recruitment and mobility strategies, policies and practices in liaison with the hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing candidates by utilising cutting-edge technology, social media and targeted networking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ HND Social Science, Law or related course or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in similar role preferably in the manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Employment Laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiating<\/li>\n<li>Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3712468242\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Promasidor &#8211; We are an African company proud of our heritage and totally committed to the continent.
