We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Engineering Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Remote, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Engineering<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About this Role<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>As the Engineering Manager, you&#8217;ll be responsible for putting our team at the centre of the workplace by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategically planning and executing project timelines to ensure timely completion.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining stakeholder engagement through the generation of insightful project reports.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and directing the efforts of multiple teams.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating tasks effectively to engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating comprehensive plans for innovative designs and product development.<\/li>\n<li>Championing quality control and code review processes<\/li>\n<li>Translating user needs into precise technical specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>This might be for you if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>Are highly proficient in project management and agile methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Have a background in Leadership of an engineering team with different technology stack.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in database design with at least two DBMSs.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of service-oriented design.<\/li>\n<li>Great command of both backend and frontend languages such as (Node.JS, Python or PHP and React.JS or Vue.JS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Culture:<\/strong> We&#8217;re a People first company, we believe in a culture of inclusiveness to embrace diversity of thought; kindness and candidness; Learning and openness to do things differently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibility:<\/strong> We believe that you should drive how and where you work and empower you with flexibility and autonomy.
