We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: LPG Plant Cashier<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogwashi-uku &#8211; Delta<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the petty cash inflow and outflow, receiving and verifying payments as well as maintaining accurate records\/books on transactions, lodgements, and petty cash expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.<\/li>\n<li>Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile all received cash with expenses, which have been recorded in the petty cash book.<\/li>\n<li>Process payment for accounts and issue receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of amounts received and paid, and regularly checks the cash balance against this record.<\/li>\n<li>Collects money from the bank for safekeeping before reimbursements<\/li>\n<li>File all documents concerning cash payment and collection<\/li>\n<li>Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, retirement deadlines, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Retire the various imprest accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Preparedaily and weekly Sales Collections and Expense Reports for review by the Plant Supervisor and Accounts Officer (Treasury).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND in Finance \/ Accounting or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the Finance\/ Treasury \/ Accounts function in a similar organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@rainoil.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@rainoil.com.ng<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using &#8220;LPG Cashier_Ogwashi-uku&#8221; or as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>25th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rainoil Limited is a leading downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria, committed to delivering top-notch products and services to its customers.
