Our mission is to continually support micro-entrepreneurs and individuals by providing excellent financial services through cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled team.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Penetration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new business opportunities by generating Deposit Liabilities and Fund Mobilization within the MSME and retail market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Negotiation and Deal Closing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable deals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contracts are effectively managed and executed.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment who need loans and advances to support their business.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate the development, launching, and sales of new product offerings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales and Revenue Generation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set sales targets and lead the business team to achieve revenue goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Monitoring and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports for Management on progress and achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and mentorship.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular training and skill development programs for team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance and Risk Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure business development activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Mitigate risks associated with business expansion and client relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Networking and Industry Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong network of contacts within the financial industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an MBA qualification with 5 &#8211; 12 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"mailto:fedethrecruitment@fedethmfb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fedethrecruitment@fedethmfb.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fedeth Microfinance Bank Limited is a Digital Inclined leading Microfinance Bank in Nigeria.
