We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Commercial Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Commercial Manager for Cedarcrest Hospitals, your primary responsibility is to oversee the organization&#8217;s commercial operations and drive its financial growth.<\/li>\n<li>Your role involves managing various aspects of the hospital&#8217;s business functions, including sales, marketing, revenue generation, and customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the hospital&#8217;s goals and objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, market expansion, and revenue optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales team in developing and executing effective sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships. Identify potential business opportunities and establish partnerships with other healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote the hospital&#8217;s services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital&#8217;s commercial budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and financial analysis. Implement pricing strategies and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability targets.<\/li>\n<li>Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the hospital. Collaborate with the legal department to review and finalize agreements while mitigating risks.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Implement customer retention strategies and resolve any commercial issues that arise.<\/li>\n<li>Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, including sales representatives, marketing professionals, and administrative staff. Set performance targets, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards about commercial operations in the healthcare sector. Ensure the hospital&#8217;s compliance with these requirements, including data protection and privacy regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and financial metrics for presentation to the management team.
