We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR and Admin Officer (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type: Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.<\/li>\n<li>Employee relations: Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, complaints, and issues within capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Training and development: Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance: Monitoring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding: New employee onboarding process implementation, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee files.<\/li>\n<li>HRIS management: Maintaining the company&#8217;s HR information system (Odoo), including data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the promotion of inclusion in the workplace in a bid reinforce Structured Groups\u2019 position as an equal-opportunity employer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR and Admin Officer.<\/li>\n<li>HR Certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N200,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@structuredresource.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@structuredresource.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Structured Energy Systems Limited (SES) is THE innovative fintech, engineering, e-commerce and content distribution company.
