We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes within the Oil and Gas sector.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company&#8217;s presence in the Oil and Gas market, including setting revenue targets and growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and nurture leads through networking, industry events, and other channels to identify potential business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the end-to-end bid and tender process, including bid strategy development, document preparation, risk assessment, and submission to secure contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of high-quality, competitive, and compliant bid proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze project budgets and financial data to make informed decisions and ensure profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks associated with business development efforts and implement strategies to mitigate them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of [6] years of experience in business development and bid &amp; tender management within the Oil and Gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of securing contracts and driving revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Client-Centric Approach<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Team Leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Hea.recruitment@outlook.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hea.recruitment@outlook.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Business Development \/ Bid &amp; Tender Manager Application&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Habrams Energy offers you engineering, procurement, construction management, operations, and maintenance services for oil &amp; gas projects in the Gulf of Guinea.
