We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Treasury Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos (Remote)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract Renewable<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain daily price model\/rate setting for trade across jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of group cash flow forecasts for reporting to C-suite stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Control and oversee daily customer transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily reconciliations \u2013 safeguarding.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses, Monitor, Manage treasury market risks (Primary FX and interest rate risk).<\/li>\n<li>Build business dashboards for stakeholder decision including cash analysis forecast, PnL, Debt Financing and asset allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Execute external market facing transactions (FX execution, Cash deployment, Money market), managing within structural limits and as per Treasury mandated parameters.<\/li>\n<li>End to end trade executions including exchanging trade confirms and follow up with counterparties and middle office team to ensure settlement.<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and resolving failed and unmatched transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a group FX and deploy cash effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the accounting ledgers foe entities.<\/li>\n<li>Support documentation of policies associated with cash flow.<\/li>\n<li>Manage liquidity and availability across multiple currencies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safeguarding and adherence to regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Understand current business models and payment flows as it relates to market risks.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a market risk management framework and treasury strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Implement hedging trading strategies, supporting management of cash flow by currencies.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design and set up of MI reports, procedures and controls to mitigate and manage risks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage bank account reconciliation and Profit and Loss including month end closures.<\/li>\n<li>Automate treasury tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering and analyzing financial data from various teams.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating closely with clients to achieve their financial goal.<\/li>\n<li>Control and Manage daily transfer for customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science Certifications<\/li>\n<li>Certified in ICAEW \/ ICAS \/ ACCA \/ ICAN \/ CIMA \/ ACT \/ CFA<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 7+ years\u2019 experience in a fintech environment including Banking, Trading, payment gateways and knowledge of financial markets across regions<\/li>\n<li>A Fintech Fanatic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Competencies &amp; Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with fintech software in a banking, trading or payment gateway environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial analytical modelling<\/li>\n<li>Excellent experience in Excel, Google sheets, power point and financial modelling tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team building and management skills Good Financial Policy formulation and implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N600,000 &#8211; N700,000 Net\/Month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV in MS Word format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hello@integr8people.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hello@integr8people.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SwapMoney is a Fintech company enabling you to transact safely and securely across borders at a reduced cost.
