We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Learning &amp; Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Benin, Edo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the healthcare team.<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials, courses, and programs that align with the hospital&#8217;s goals and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and through digital platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Evaluation: Implement assessment tools and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Learning Technology: Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance: Ensure that all training activities comply with industry regulations and hospital policies.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and evolving healthcare practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and learning management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in training and development is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience in learning and development.
