We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance through resource management<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess an HND, BSc in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification from a Reputable Professional Body is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented and results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N400,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates are to send their CVs via mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;HR Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only suitable and qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
