We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Full Stack Developer (.Net)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Obanikoro, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Software Developer is generally responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new or modified software products, programs, and features or ongoing business projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs<\/li>\n<li>Testing and evaluating new programs<\/li>\n<li>Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications<\/li>\n<li>Writing and implementing efficient code<\/li>\n<li>Determining operational practicality<\/li>\n<li>Developing quality assurance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and upgrading existing systems<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.<\/li>\n<li>Directing system testing and validation procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functionality is added.<\/li>\n<li>Extend technical support during preparation, installation, and system maintenance to cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Foster software development best practices<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports periodically on projects status;<\/li>\n<li>Other organizational assigned duties (where necessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or related Degree.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Skills to excel on the job include communication, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, strong work ethics, punctuality, and ability to quickly respond to changes.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 Years of Experience (TRAINEE ROLE) &amp; 3-5 years of Experience (MID LEVEL).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.<\/li>\n<li>The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills \u2013 both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to learn new technologies quickly<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on a variety of software development projects.<\/li>\n<li>Deep programming language knowledge of ASP.NET Core \/ MVC, SQL Server, Adobe XD, Java Script, mobile frameworks such as ionic, flutter, and other web tools and frameworks;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of React Native will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good command of SQL programming constructs and database design<\/li>\n<li>Creativity is always a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/DGWzy2zsxmRzTaDk9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st December, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JTB Human Capital Management&#8217;s mission is to continually and strategically connect top talents with the best employers for exceptional career satisfaction.
