{"id":186636,"date":"2023-09-19T15:00:14","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T14:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=186636"},"modified":"2023-09-18T23:38:43","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T22:38:43","slug":"ogeyi-place-hotels-limited-ongoing-job-recruitment-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/ogeyi-place-hotels-limited-ongoing-job-recruitment-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Ogeyi Place Hotels Limited Ongoing Job Recruitment- Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ogeyi Place Hotels Limited is a leading 5-star international luxury hotel strategically located in the city of Port Harcourt and are currently seeking employment dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated candidates to fill the position below: We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Night Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Financial Controller<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel&#8217;s financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel&#8217;s financial performance for the day.<\/li>\n<li>Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Processes guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.<\/li>\n<li>Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Checks to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments.<\/li>\n<li>To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated in to PMS system.<\/li>\n<li>To Verify that all charges posted from the POS Software, SPA software had reached the correct guest folios and also not missing.<\/li>\n<li>Prints up and files reservations for the next business day.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies all account postings and balances.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies that room rates are correct and posts those rates to guest accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs.<\/li>\n<li>Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.<\/li>\n<li>Summarizes results of operations for management.<\/li>\n<li>Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
