We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Growth \/ Product Marketing Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Create and executed highly successful performance marketing campaigns on Facebook ads, Twitter ads, and programmatic ads to increase conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the development team to set up and optimize tracking tools,<\/li>\n<li>Including Amplitude and Segment, to measure and analyze campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media ads budget effectively to achieve result while also maintaining and\/or reduce overheads<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute Marketing automation<\/li>\n<li>sequences, achieving an impressive average open rate of 26%.<\/li>\n<li>Create engaging newsletters to maintain a strong brand presence and foster lasting<\/li>\n<li>Connections with subscribers<\/li>\n<li>Implement advanced segmentation strategies to build and nurture email leads, optimizing the sales conversion process and driving revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance, identified areas for improvement, and execute data-driven optimizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with at least 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@libertyng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@libertyng.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd September, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates with prior experience in the Fintech space are highly recommended to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Female candidates are strongly advised to apply for gender balance.<\/li>\n<li>Only qualified candidates would be shortlisted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liberty Assured is a finance and technology driven organisation who are really passionate about making financial inclusion count for everyone.
