We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand &amp; Account Management Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Maryland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the Executive, Strategy &amp; Account Manager, your role involves managing client accounts and developing strategies to ensure that the company meets its clients needs.<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with strategy, media and creative teams to develop and execute effective branding and communication strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Marketing Communication Proposals for all accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company&#8217;s services. This will involve regular communication with clients, including meetings, phone calls, and emails.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and implementing strategic plans. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop strategic plans that align with those goals. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develops creative briefs.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and monitor media relations for action.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for managing budgets and timelines for client projects. This involves tracking expenses, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams, including creative and media teams, to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards. This may involve coordinating meetings, providing feedback, and managing workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate internal and external engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all briefs received from Clients are attended to as professional as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in Strategy Sessions with other team members within the Agency.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute heavily to strategy sessions and provide inputs to business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Manage communication budget from Clients and ensure profit is positive for Agency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop PR strategies for accounts in progress for the Agency in her custody.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor account progress and interfaces with relevant department.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with the external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all relevant documents are shared with both internal and external Stakeholders promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Share relevant business opportunities with the internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as gatekeepers and ensures TQM is observed on all deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.<\/li>\n<li>Manage any other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and submits reports as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of job related experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation, communications and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Related Business Management Certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Project Management, Excel, Word and Power Points).<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of advertising industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN270,000 &#8211; N310,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:aayegboyin@bluebirdng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aayegboyin@bluebirdng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bluebird is an integrated marketing communications (IMC) power house with over 28 years experience in the advertising industry.
