We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bill prearation.<\/li>\n<li>Handle cash and HMO transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication with clients at every encounter.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full understanding and management of client requirements and identification of further opportunities with the client.<\/li>\n<li>Proper documentation and handover of daily activities.<\/li>\n<li>Filling all registers and sending reports per shift.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and control of all office stationery.<\/li>\n<li>Administering Customer Service surveys to all clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring excellent Patients\u2019 Experience for all patients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth relationship between the hospital and other stakeholders in our eco system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all telephone calls (in and out bound) are handled in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Document Management.<\/li>\n<li>Medical Records filing and management.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic medical records management.<\/li>\n<li>Appointment booking and management manually and electronically.<\/li>\n<li>Hospital billing and payment collection.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure welfare of all Patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN75,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:outreachmedicalservice@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>outreachmedicalservice@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd September, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates who live in Lekki \/ Ajah environs should apply.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Outreach is a group of hospitals offering affordable care to women and children across Nigeria.
