We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (Field)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our rubber products.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by actively engaging with leads and following up on inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, project managers, and industry professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ B.Sc in any relevant course<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years work experience as direct sales in FMCG, retail, construction, or hospitality industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver<\/li>\n<li>Must reside on the Island<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter and CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:talents@georgehoustonresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">talents@georgehoustonresources.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Direct Sales Agent&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>George Houston Resources Limited (GHR) is a Human Resource Development and Management Consulting firm.
