We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Storekeeper<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nSpare Part Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive incoming spare parts, inspect them for quality, and verify that they match the specifications and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts, following established inventory management procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of spare part inventory, including part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify critical spare parts and establish appropriate reorder levels.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers to procure spare parts, ensuring timely deliveries and competitive pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of inventory bin cards on regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Agreement of physical stock and bin card to poloxy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the spare parts warehouse is well-organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement efficient storage and labeling systems to facilitate easy identification and retrieval of spare parts.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and coordinate the movement of spare parts for scheduled maintenance and repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in tracking and managing warranty claims for defective spare parts.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all goods arrived as per the agreed LPO, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store&#8217;s area of operation.<\/li>\n<li>Issuance of the right quantity and items to all internal users of both inventory items and general consumables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate regular reports on spare part inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, receipts, and issuances.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of warranty-related information for spare parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to understand their spare part requirements and provide support in identifying suitable suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, procurement, and finance, to ensure efficient spare part management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to junior storekeepers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:vacancyopening79@gmail.com\">vacancyopening79@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited has a Vision to be the market leader in the Day Old Chicks market;
