We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Isolo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess the awareness levels of consumers and channel within a given territory as defined in Recare\u2019s marketing process.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer or distributor level to compliment brand management at consumer level.<\/li>\n<li>Development and execution of trade \/ consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales.<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify non- performing channels\/channel outlets, define and implement strategies to develop them.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the marketing department (head office) to ensure adequate supply of communication materials for brand visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communication and build relationships with the global Marketing teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years experience in the FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Marketing Manager or equivalent position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making the Deal<\/li>\n<li>Channel Strategy Management<\/li>\n<li>Brand &amp; Category Management<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving Analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@recarecos.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@recarecos.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recare is a leader in the marketing of Personal style products in Africa.
