We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos (Hybrid)<br \/>\n<b>Employment Type<\/b>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Rose Candidates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Black Rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is an energetic, results-oriented sales individual with a proven history of driving sustainable sales. They\u2019re a great communicator with an innate ability to host captivating presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Send proposals and arrange business meetings with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate deals<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualificaions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/BA in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive under pressure to meet quota for new business monthly<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiator with sound technical know-how of the Nigerian market<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and IT fluency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nDOE<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@concrererose.io\">info@concrererose.io<\/a><\/strong> using their Location and Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ConcreteRose Workforce Solutions is a full-desk workforce agency that recruits, hires, upskills, and outsources talent and deploys said talent globally to solve business needs.
