We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Direct Sales Agent (DSA)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent or Representative, who will be responsible for finding out prospective customers and closing the sales.<\/li>\n<li>Also responsible for writing sales reports and creating sales proposals. Moreover, have detailed information on the products and services offered by the company.<\/li>\n<li>To perform this job role, you should have excellent sales skills and the ability to work under zero supervision. You should also possess an outstanding organizational skills and good networking skills as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenting the products and services to the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.<\/li>\n<li>Working in collaboration with the team members.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the current market potentials.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.<\/li>\n<li>Building a positive relationship with the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.<\/li>\n<li>Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.<\/li>\n<li>Writing sales contracts as per the company\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
