We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Investor Relations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting To:<\/strong> Managing Director<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing supervision of the company\u2019s investor relations program to ensure the business\u2019 relationships with shareholders reflect positively on the company\u2019s stock price.<\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end process of organizing and managing capital raising processes, preparation of marketing materials, addressing questions from investors, organizing meetings and roadshows, as well as negotiations and fund documentation preparations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the investment research of the business, and also that of peer competitors to review business case for strategic investments and provide recommendations to Senior Management Executives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in strategic planning with Senior Management to set financial goals as well as the company\u2019s strategic agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in investment, valuation and risk management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Build a network of institutional investor relationships as a foundation for future capital raises.<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc support on Office of the CEO\u2019s strategic priorities and Senior Management\u2019s broader agenda and special projects.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact, both direct and indirect, in order to develop direct relationships for capital raising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media Market Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage communication protocols for all boarded investors including distribution of periodic performance updates and financial information.<\/li>\n<li>Produce content deliverables for communication with existing and prospective investors across all social media channels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update information on existing investors including contact information, investor activity and portfolio construction planning \u2013 and communicate this information internally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capital Market Insight &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of the Nigeria capital market and the financial industry<\/li>\n<li>Understands capital market regulations &amp; compliance requirements and has existing relationship available with key regulators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Relationship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internally Relates With: All Staff<\/li>\n<li>Externally Relates With: Regulators, Analysts &amp; Shareholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10 years of related experience in an Investor Relations role within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment, preferably in a senior investor relations role.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to interpret data to derive business insights.<\/li>\n<li>Service-oriented and proactive with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling skills; outstanding analytical and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the local and international financial markets.<\/li>\n<li>Previous track record of successfully leading capital raising teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and manage &amp; meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buafoodsplc.com\/vacancies\/head-investor-relations\/?source=HotNigerianJobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0 <\/strong>1st October 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BUA Group is a leading Foods &amp; Infrastructure Conglomerate in Nigeria with diversified investments spanning key sectors of the Nigerian sector.
