We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Kitchen Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Part-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.<\/li>\n<li>As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist with food preparation, and help with various tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality meals to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.<\/li>\n<li>Wash, peel, and clean vegetables and fruits.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and stock kitchen supplies and ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with food assembly and plating.<\/li>\n<li>Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, and grills.<\/li>\n<li>Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should possess an OND or a minimum of SSCE qualification.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 4 years relevant work experience in hospitality Industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Competencies &amp; Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<li>A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:corporatejobrecruitment@gmail.com\">corporatejobrecruitment@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whassan Nigeria operating since 1982, is focused on provide catering and facilities management services to businesses in the upstream oil &amp; gas sector.
