We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR \/ Admin Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an HR \/ Admin Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li>Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.<\/li>\n<li>You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.<\/li>\n<li>Join us and make a significant impact on our HR processes and overall organizational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Update internal databases with new hire information<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies<\/li>\n<li>Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days<\/li>\n<li>Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employees\u2019 questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they\u2019re eligible for)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work experience as an HR &amp; Admin Officer or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of labor legislation<\/li>\n<li>Experience using spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:resume@hrleverageafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>resume@hrleverageafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;HR \/ ADMIN MANAGER&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage Africa is the human resource consulting &amp; Workforce Management company you have been looking for.
