We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Payable Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Accounts Payable Officer at Speedaf Logistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Your responsibilities will involve managing the accounts payable function within the logistics industry, contributing to financial accuracy, and supporting the smooth flow of financial transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raising of payment vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Vetting of supporting documents for expense reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Operation petty cash management<\/li>\n<li>Postings of transactions on SAP such as trip cost, other payments, petty cash, and Issue of Fuel.<\/li>\n<li>Posting bank statement transactions on SAP for the monthly report<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the manager with the month-end closing report<\/li>\n<li>Filling out documents<\/li>\n<li>Monthly update on fixed asset schedule<\/li>\n<li>Prepaid expenses schedule management<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation Excel schedule and SAP reconciliation for transparency<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of payroll analysis and schedule and posting on SAP<\/li>\n<li>Clearing of monthly customer balances on SAP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Having an accounting professional certification is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 3 years\u2019 experience as an Account Payable Officer.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in accounts payable within the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N250,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:nigeria.hr@speedaf.com\">nigeria.hr@speedaf.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<br \/>\nOr<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/T2GcUFhtYRGEC6i47\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>2nd October, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Speedaf was established in 2019.
