We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Financial Analyst &#8211; Category Profitability<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Head Office<br \/>\n<strong>Job Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time (Hybrid)<br \/>\n<strong>Business Segment:<\/strong> Insurance &amp; Asset Management<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide value-added insights into the financial management of categories\/brands, delivering category\/brand topline and profitability targets.<\/li>\n<li>Drive business partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and other functions that play active roles in designing the category\u2019s current and future performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for evaluating the financial performance of Category and brand profitability, and by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Provides Brand P&amp;Ls, Investment sharing, data exchange, and profit-sharing reconciliation with partners.<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with different stakeholders across functions and levels.<\/li>\n<li>Act as operational finance liaison with Brand partners.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial evaluation and scenario analysis for new market opportunities, innovation, and new business Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Finance Liaison for the marketing investment budget calculation, tracking, and reporting, including collaboration with the commercial team and brand partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support the annual business planning, rolling forecast, and Latest Estimates calculations for Product Categories.<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas of growth, risk, and opportunities via data analysis, and properly communicating with all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are These Your Secret Ingredient?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very strong IT skills (Advanced modelling skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and business modelling are a must SAP\/BW knowledge desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectually curious and good business intuition.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive mentality, dynamic personality, unafraid of challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Accounting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-functional team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Business Administration \/ Finance \/ Economics or equivalent as a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration \/ Finance \/ Economics or Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG Multinational Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of commerce, product costing, and sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Operational experience in analysing actual performance and benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of NPD Processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.coca-colahellenic.com\/en_US\/careers\/ProjectDetail\/Senior-Financial-Analyst-Category-Profitability\/6525\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) is the world&#8217;s largest beverage company, refreshing consumers with more than 500 sparkling and still brands.
