They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Company is seeking to hire a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization&#8217;s human resource department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.<\/li>\n<li>Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Provides clerical support to the HR department.<\/li>\n<li>May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good First Degree in any relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 Cognate experience as HR Officer or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><br \/>\nNGN 100,000.00 \/ Month (Net)<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@dunnandbraxton.com.ng\">recruitment@dunnandbraxton.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using \u201cHR Officer\u201d as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dunn and Braxton Limited &#8211; Our client is one of the leading insurance firm in Nigeria with location across different states in Nigeria.
