We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality Control Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Warri, Delta<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be issued out and incoming raw materials.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the production phase at various levels.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to quality standards and procedures put in place.<\/li>\n<li>Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.<\/li>\n<li>Giving weekly reports and recommendations to the CEO on the implementation of quality management systems and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the inventory department and National Quality Manager at the earliest time.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving quality-related issues and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training<\/li>\n<li>Providing training to the quality assurance team.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or H.N.D in Food Science and Technology, Bio-Chemistry, or any related discipline with a minimum of 2.1 from a recognized tertiary institution.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Independence of the mind<\/li>\n<li>Applicant should reside in Warri, Delta State.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a quality control officer or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding and Up-to-date knowledge of global standards and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of target market and consumer needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN120,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sunday.raji@bolinbakeries.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>sunday.raji@bolinbakeries.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esosa Food Systems and Innovations Limited is a key food innovation company with innovative baked products and services.
