We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide business research and data collection to develop an analysis of how to improve an aspect of the company\u2019s management, process or efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute with the coordination of projects, tasks and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with team members and other employees who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects and tasks that have a significant impact.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and support process improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for Strategy and Operations Manager to help with decision making and drafting communications for internal and external distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Strategy and Operations Manager in collating periodic reports to submit to Directors on all matters of importance.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic initiatives driven by the department in line with organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison with other departments on open Workflow Tasks and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, follow-ups and tracking, preparing agendas, preparing and maintaining meeting notes etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tracking and monitoring all projects, tasks and deliverables in the Strategy and Operations department.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ HND in Business related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years\u2019 experience as an Operations Officer.<\/li>\n<li>MBA is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable and ability to work with diverse teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize, collate and develop data, schedules etc.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skill<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management experience or knowledge is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with personal computer software, including Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams<\/li>\n<li>Interested in learning and self-development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN300,000 &#8211; N400,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@structuredresource.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@structuredresource.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Structured Energy Systems Limited (SES) is THE innovative fintech, engineering, e-commerce and content distribution company.
