We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Inventory Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retrieving filed waybills from the archive to enable the Inbound Delivery Process Officer (I.D.P.O) to sort out customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Detachment of waybills to enable Proof Of Delivery Officer (P.O.D) to upload on System Analysis Program Development (S.A.P)<\/li>\n<li>Retrieval and scanning of waybills to the Finance team for clarity purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving consumables and stationery from vendor.<\/li>\n<li>Issuance of dispatch notes and stationery to Ogba and Illishan site.<\/li>\n<li>Filing of documents from Fulls and Empties Warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly report on Safety Improvement Report Card (S.I.R.C) from all contractors on site.<\/li>\n<li>Issuance of transporter copy of waybills to all transporters on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 1-3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N44,000 \/ Month (Net)<\/li>\n<li>HMO + Pension + 13th Month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@phillipsoutsourcing.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@phillipsoutsourcing.net<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>19th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phillips Outsourcing Limited is a leading outsourcing service provider in Nigeria committed to delivering qualitative, customized, and effective outsourcing solutions to our esteemed clients.
