We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Legal Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibeju Lekki,\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and offer valid suggestions.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Draft routine leases and amendments.<\/li>\n<li>Defend the municipal code litigation.<\/li>\n<li>Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase &amp; sale transactions.<\/li>\n<li>One with the innate talent to assist, who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented supporter with the ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond discretely and effectively to sensitive inquiries, complaints, and matters.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a good balance of thoughtfulness and action.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced presentation and conveyancing skills associated with Real Estate and construction industry.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with a proactive mindset and ability to manage complex situations leading to a profitable end result.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates ability to be creative in approaching legal matters skillfully while building trusting relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Fair understanding of Real Estate contracts, business, and transaction law.<\/li>\n<li>Possess working knowledge of MS Office package.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others from diverse backgrounds, personalities, and opinions in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent investigative research, negotiating skills, and ability to define a legal problem and come up with solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of LLB.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year overall experience in a legal position.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year\u2019s relevant experience in Real Estate and Property law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary is competitive.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV &amp; cover letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hrpwanadvantage@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hrpwanadvantage@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>13th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PWAN Advantage Resources Limited is a Real Estate Marketing and Development Company; providing our clients with the best affordable real estate options (both commercial and residential properties) in Africa.
