We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Marketer \/ Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT), Lakowe &#8211; Lagos, Ogun and Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Field Marketing\/Sales Representative at Tek-Annex Engineering, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.<\/li>\n<li>This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and reach out to potential clients in the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Present, promote, and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the territory\/market&#8217;s potential, and track sales, and status reports.<\/li>\n<li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve through feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE, HND, or BSc in Marketing or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Monthly Salary: NGN50,000 (Contingent on successful business transactions for a minimum of 5 clients)<\/li>\n<li>Commission: NGN 20,000 per successfully closed deal with a client.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Performance Bonus: Excellent monthly performance is rewarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:tek-annexengineering@mail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tek-annexengineering@mail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We look forward to welcoming a dynamic and results-oriented individual to our team.<\/li>\n<li>If you meet the requirements and are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we invite you to apply.<\/li>\n<li>This is a performance-based role with ample opportunities for growth and bonuses based on achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEK-ANNEX Engineering Nigeria Limited is a company that provides a range of services related to electrical, electronic, and network infrastructure.
