We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Station Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Suleja &#8211; Niger \/ Ore &#8211; Ogun \/ Ilorin &#8211; Kwara<br \/>\n<strong>Job Opening ID<\/strong>: MEL1077<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong>\u00a0Oil &amp; Gas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The person in this position is responsible for assisting the outlet manager is coordinating daily station operations and maintaining prompt and accurate cash control at the station by ensuring regular remission of cash by the attendants at the agreed interval.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly work with other station staff in meeting sales budget and act as first point of contact in the resolution of customer queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Manager in daily station operations.<\/li>\n<li>Assign, schedule, and monitor the tasks of station attendants.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all the station attendants to achieve the greatest efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Greet and receive customers and guests in a courteous manner.<\/li>\n<li>Answer and resolve customer needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure joyous experience to customers and guests through cool pleasant services.<\/li>\n<li>Daily Safety drill of the service station personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the service station premises in a neat and organized manner.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for daily product discharge operations at the station.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate cash control policy at the station and cash evacuation from the attendants at agreed intervals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Company Product Discharge operation manuals\/procedures are adhered to strictly.<\/li>\n<li>Daily opening and closing stock taking report.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Customer satisfaction at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the manager to ensure individual and Unit budget\/target are met and surpass at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Other assigned responsibilities by the station manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should have a minimum of OND &amp; maximum of HND.<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience: 1 -3 Years<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be smart and able to communicate in English<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be between 23-32 years of age<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/matrixenergygroup.zohorecruit.com\/jobs\/Careers\/596834000009781097\/Retail-Station-Supervisor---SULEJA-ORE-ILORIN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matrix Energy Group is a rapidly growing indigenous and integrated Oil Marketing and Trading Company in Nigeria, which was incorporated November 25, 2004.
