We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Laundry Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Maiduguri, Borno<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Slots<\/strong>: 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Description of Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A laundry attendant is in charge of ensuring that clean linens are supplied to the entire hotel. Among the responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.<\/li>\n<li>They also remove stains from products by adhering to the manufacturer&#8217;s processes and use of commercial cleaning products.<\/li>\n<li>If the hotel provides cleaning services, the laundry attendants may also be in charge of cleaning the visitors&#8217; personal belongings.<\/li>\n<li>This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash, clean, dry, and fold numerous hotel linen and laundry items.<\/li>\n<li>Sort the laundry items according to material and color.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange clothes in the laundry room as per the specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap the laundry items for pickup or delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Update the laundry list and record it on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room.<\/li>\n<li>Assist fellow laundry attendants in loading and unloading laundry washers and dryers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory level which includes detergents, sewing machines, detergent cakes, and others.
