We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Manager (Transport &amp; Logistics)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule Egba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for managing all fleet related activities within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing all functional aspects of logistics operations in accordance to help with meeting timely targets<\/li>\n<li>Able to meet management report in line with expenses and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing a good workforce schedule and adequate distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising daily operations of staffs within and outside by giving support when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Formulation and implementation of regulations and strategies to manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor distribution and supply of petroleum products to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and collate enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all the activities of the transport sector and ascertain progress.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government bodies (PEF, PPMC, DPR). Advise the management on the procurement of petroleum products from different depots.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor distribution and supply of petroleum products to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing fleet-related operational costs in line with functional budget requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cost and limit Track down-time<\/li>\n<li>Driving improved housekeeping and service standards in all retail outlets to enhance brand strength and customer perception<\/li>\n<li>Selling products through company retail outlets and to third party customers and ensuring prompt collection of cash while ensuring each customer remains within the approved credit terms.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage retail outlet station managers and other retail customers to achieve the set objectives for the sales area.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the assets of the Company in the outlets are optimally utilized to guarantee maximum returns on investment<\/li>\n<li>Drive established Health &amp; Safety practices and ensure enforcement at the station.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of accurate and complete documentation for all business operations<\/li>\n<li>Provide market feedback on the sales area\u2019s business environment and competitor activities to drive optimal decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review and execute an approved sales plans for the business activities in the sales area.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audit of wet stock and dry stock for all customers as required.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the business form each station or customer account.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management of government agencies, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all operating licenses and permits are obtained and are up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor\u2019s activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Job Specific Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND qualification with 8 &#8211; 10 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a vast knowledge of transport and logistics,Experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have a downstream Oil and Gas experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must not be more than 45 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and stress management skills<\/li>\n<li>strong organization skills with attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and execute task effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office skills word, Excel power point &amp; Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;SM (TRANSPORT &amp; LOGISTICS)&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
