We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company\u2019s policies and vision<\/li>\n<li>Management of lorries, trucks, etc<\/li>\n<li>Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations<\/li>\n<li>Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual budget<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies<\/li>\n<li>Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees<\/li>\n<li>Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN\/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)<\/li>\n<li>Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager \/ Executive<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and ability manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates are to send their CV via mail to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
