We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Experience Level:<\/strong> Experienced Professionals<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where You Fit In<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be part of an existing team (Business Development) in Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited, working closely together to deliver the business.<\/li>\n<li>As Business Development, you will be at the forefront of this challenging ambition by creating and developing new growth opportunities; carrying out B2B sales; negotiating contracts and closing deals; conducting market research and developing a strategic business development plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Business Development Manager will acquire and manage new and old customer relationships with the necessity to diversify our clientele<\/li>\n<li>Carry out B2B sales; negotiating contracts and closing deals; conduct market research and develop annual strategic business development plan.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will create demand with customers, generate high value leads, convert opportunities to orders and achieve annual company&#8217;s sales targets while contributing towards achieving the overall corporate objective of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Further Accountabilities Will Include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide business intelligence as per on-going and prospective projects in the Power, Oil &amp; Gas and Marine Industries.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship with all existing and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new clients (GENCOs, IOCs and NOCs) for existing and new products<\/li>\n<li>Write business proposals\/presentations, provide intelligence as well as supervising tender responses.<\/li>\n<li>Support management in the formulation, implementation and execution of sales-growth strategy<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Operations (Project and Supply Chain) team in the preparation of tender documents, responses to RFQs and attend (where required) clarification meetings<\/li>\n<li>Develop and grow network base, attend key industry events and translating leads to orders<\/li>\n<li>Develop initiatives to grow the business to meet all financial metrics and targets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain business relationship with NIPEX and NUIS (NAPIMS) with respect to initial tender advert, bid invitation, submission, follow-up on evaluation and eventual award<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records and update all transaction and CRM activities in SAP B1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum HND or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent commercial and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Understands demand creation, lead generation and ability to convert opportunities to orders.<\/li>\n<li>MS Office to proficient level. Expert in sales pitch and ability to use of ERP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8 yrs experience in business development role 4 of which must be at managerial level.
