We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Care Center Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> R0137378<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for processing and execution of hardware orders via a defined deployment process to meet customer needs\/requests.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for internal NCRATLEOS teams.<\/li>\n<li>Address issues and concerns and escalate to internal teams as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Role Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage communications for the team through email and phone.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of incident and status update through email.<\/li>\n<li>Constant communication with Customer Engineer on incident assignment and status update.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as point of contact for CCC team.<\/li>\n<li>Treat customer requests and assign to team members as appropriate, which may include the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Status updates for deployment sites including deployment management, technical, logistics, training and installations issues\/questions<\/li>\n<li>Escalations from various rollout stakeholders, and<\/li>\n<li>Requests for post-live configurations and live site support issues\/escalations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Record all customer communications received and sent to customer in the Deployment database (includes status changes, dates, contact fields and comments).<\/li>\n<li>Archive mail messages in Microsoft Outlook Deployment Email Box as required.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute initial communications regarding Deployment process and status to customers via email or phone<\/li>\n<li>Manage outbound communication to customer to set Target Dates for Deployment activity including:\n<ul>\n<li>Opening Dates<\/li>\n<li>Install date<\/li>\n<li>Training Dates<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Shipping Dates<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively transition from daily, routine tasks to urgent, immediate tasks and back again with ease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Participate actively on a dynamic team and look for opportunities to help co-workers.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with NCRATLEOS team members, inside and outside the CCC, via phone or e-mail as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Education and\/or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal education level: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree preferred or Higher National Diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven team player, dependable, and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple initiatives including daily weekly and monthly tasks to support deployment and order processing activities<\/li>\n<li>Specific skills &amp; proficiency level:<\/li>\n<li>Professional and courteous phone and email communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience: Previous experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred &#8211; at least one year project administration or related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred \u2013 experience with use of Service Now<\/li>\n<li>Required &#8211; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter and works well with little supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Overtime may be necessary to complete tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ncr.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/ext_non_us\/job\/LAGOS-NGA\/Customer-Care-Rep--I-_R0137378?q=nigeria&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) is a leading software and services-led enterprise provider in the financial, retail and hospitality industries. \u00a0NCR is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with 36,000 employees globally. \u00a0NCR&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19],"tags":[385],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>NCR Corporation Ongoing Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
