We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage product maps.<\/li>\n<li>Execute and manage project vision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations and product teams. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the industry whilst looking for gap(s).<\/li>\n<li>Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.<\/li>\n<li>Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Study competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Working with a team of talented engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring products to life<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing strategies to grow our user\/customer base<\/li>\n<li>Provide product training and technical expertise<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Assess and address technical risks.<\/li>\n<li>Ideating, prioritizing, and coordinating the development of innovative products.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical\/developer community.<\/li>\n<li>Work with project management software.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate beta tests.<\/li>\n<li>Defining and analyzing metrics that ensure the success of products.<\/li>\n<li>Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Explore new ways of improving existing services and products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree and\/or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline could be of advantage.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years+ of Industry Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Industry-standard experience in Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical PMS (Product Management Systems), and Agile systems.<\/li>\n<li>Industry-standard experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others.<\/li>\n<li>A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company\u2019s success.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Passionate dedication to your craft and desire to work with people who inspire you on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled with user interface, product management, and business process<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills<\/li>\n<li>A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution, and speed.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to visualize technology solutions that address user needs and market opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Readiness to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions backed by data<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and excellent learning agility<\/li>\n<li>User-centricity, data-driven, extraction, and analysis<\/li>\n<li>An eye for design and experimentation<\/li>\n<li>People skills and quick decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:career@kaiglo.com\">career@kaiglo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kaiglo is the online marketplace arm of the parent company &#8211; Kaiglo Stores limited, set up to assist traders in giving their business a boost in terms of sales and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Kaiglo Stores Limited Ongoing Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
