We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued growth and success.<\/li>\n<li>As an Accountant at Batoil Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing valuable financial insights to guide decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoicing: Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, payments to suppliers\/contractors, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes such as salaries, benefits &amp; compensation packages, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial and tax audits, providing necessary documentation and information.<\/li>\n<li>Month-End and Year-End Close: Participate in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAN, or CITN is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, QuickBooks,) and Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations, accounting standards and Knowledge of Taxation Laws<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N250,000 Monthly (Gross) depending on experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr.batoilservices@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr.batoilservices@yahoo.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>27th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Batoil Services Nigeria Limited is an indigenous company dedicated to providing top-tier services to the oil, gas, and power infrastructure sector in Nigeria and other African countries.
