We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Shomolu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Office Operations: Supervising and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.<\/li>\n<li>Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation and financial record-keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Procurement: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining data in spreadsheets and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Support: Providing support to staff, including word processing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for management.<\/li>\n<li>Policy Implementation: Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Event Planning: Organizing meetings, conferences, and events.<\/li>\n<li>Filing and Documentation: Managing and archiving documents and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Office Maintenance: Overseeing office facilities, repairs, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Projects: Undertaking special projects as assigned by superiors.<\/li>\n<li>Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and staff to facilitate efficient operations.<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving: Resolving day-to-day administrative issues and challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience as an Administrative officer in a Printing and Advertising Company or relevant administrative experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing customer service support.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is typically required.
