We aim to stop the spread of the worldwide epidemic of TB and to prevent the further spread of drug-resistant TB. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0M&amp;E Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers, Bauchi, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, Taraba, Anambra, Delta, and Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main responsibility of the M&amp;E Associate is to support the M &amp; E Department. S\/he will also be expected to perform selected administrative and clerical duties at the state.<\/li>\n<li>Hierarchically, The M&amp;E Associate reports to and works under the daily supervision of the Senior Program Officer.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the timely and complete reporting of project results<a href=\"https:\/\/ngojobsite.com\/\">.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring and evaluating progress towards annual work plans, expected outputs, including selecting and monitoring progress in meeting indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Support monitoring and evaluation and knowledge management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in adapting &amp; implementing tools &amp; techniques to improve quality and use of data.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to employing a rigorous monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress of all activities and outputs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in data management for rapid assessments, situational analysis, surveys, evaluations, and other research as required.<\/li>\n<li>Participate as necessary in data entry, collection, compilation and reporting according to TB M&amp;E plan.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other additional duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>1-4 years of experience in M &amp; E in public health project<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-starter with the ability to work in a team, dynamic, solid, and open.<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible with absolute integrity, organizational awareness and understanding of cultural differences.<\/li>\n<li>Have a high sense of integrity and transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage official information in a confidential manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working in the fields of TB\/HIV<a href=\"https:\/\/ngojobsite.com\/\">,<\/a>\u00a0Community TB, and MDR TB, with extensive field experience in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in statistical analysis and use of computer<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and good listener.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibits a high level of accuracy in work, and ability to analyze complex sets of relationships and situations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Do We Offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A (40 hours per week) contract for a year, with the intention of extending the contract depending on funding and performance.<\/li>\n<li>The salary is dependent upon education and relevant working experience.<\/li>\n<li>KNCV Nigeria has its own Employment Conditions Scheme.<\/li>\n<li>An informal work atmosphere in an international environment where initiative is appreciated.<\/li>\n<li>A highly motivated team of experienced, self-driven colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kncvnigeria.orangehrmlive.com\/recruitmentApply\/14\/view?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against tuberculosis (TB), still the deadliest infectious disease in the world.
