We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Ride Testing Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\n<b>Employment Type: <\/b>Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively engage prospective drivers \u200fand test general driving ability<\/li>\n<li>Carryout visual acuity test, to check eye defects or otherwise<\/li>\n<li>Conduct psychometric test for each prospective driver, to confirm mental health status<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that cones are properly placed at adequate distance from each other<\/li>\n<li>Check understanding of safety measures and driving laws<\/li>\n<li>Confirm prospect&#8217;s reverse driving ability<\/li>\n<li>Engage prospective driver and pass them onto the next of driver recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Conduct vision test and make recommendation<\/li>\n<li>Deploy psychometric assessment<\/li>\n<li>Document and report on prospects&#8217; performance during tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0-1 year experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
