We&#8217;d love to have you be a part of our dynamic and fun work environment!<\/li>\n<li>As an Accounts &amp; Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and handling various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our recreational park.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll work closely with the Park Directors, serving as their eyes and ears in regard to the park\u2019s finances, budget, control, and administrative duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Handle accounts payable and receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth park operations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a balanced work schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong> for this Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of proven experience in accounts management and administration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in financial software and administrative tools.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably someone who resides close to Mabushi District to reduce the transportation costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Self Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you the kind of person we&#8217;re looking for?<\/li>\n<li>Are you a natural and thriving leader looking for an opportunity to nurture your skills?<\/li>\n<li>Are you meticulous and detail-oriented when it comes to financial matters?<\/li>\n<li>Can you efficiently manage administrative tasks?<\/li>\n<li>Do you possess excellent organizational skills?<\/li>\n<li>Are you a team player who can align with the company&#8217;s goals?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about building from the ground up.<\/li>\n<li>Possess empathy and emotional intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written English.<\/li>\n<li>A fast learner.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at managing uncertain or challenging situations.<\/li>\n<li>Committed to learning, growth, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Details and solutions solutions-oriented thinker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@alakeconsulting.org\">info@alakeconsulting.org<\/a><\/strong>using &#8220;ACCOUNTS &amp; ADMIN OFFICER FUNSPOT&#8221; as the subject of the email.
