We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HSE Intern (6 months)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Kaduna<br \/>\n<b>Employment Type: <\/b>Internship<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Intern is responsible for asissting the HSE Manager in developing, maintaining, and ensuring the implementation of all HSE standards to create a secure and low-risk business environment, along with all associated activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist to establish, and foster a safety culture within the company across all operational divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to ensure the implementation, and maintenance of processes required for the Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Incident monitoring, enforcement of safety protocols and standards, conduct regular site visits, and submit comprehensive safety performance reports to relevant authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to promote awareness of stakeholder requirements throughout the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to conduct internal system audits at regular intervals.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to prepare the company for Surveillance and Revalidation Audits.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to draft and implement policies and procedures to enhance the system.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to promote the company&#8217;s HSE policy by raising staff awareness and fostering a learning environment that encourages employee involvement and participation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that HSE management objectives are established and met.<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for the HSE policy and program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Management or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>0-2 years of similar experience in a Manufacturing firm.<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory professional certifications in ISO and HSE.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command Systems, and Incident Investigation using HSE Auditing Techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ISO will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong people management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@tgarla.com\">recruitment@tgarla.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TG Arla Dairy Products LFTZ Enterprise is a joint venture business between Arla Foods of Denmark and Tolaram Group of Singapore operating in the Food and Beverage Sector in Nigeria&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[791],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>TG Arla Dairy Products Limited Current Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
