We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the Executive \/ technical assistant to the CEO- providing oversight of the CEO\u2019s office and affairs, managing all personal obligations of the CEO including calendar, travels, and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage all access to the CEO\u2019s office, interfacing and collaborating with all business units and divisions across the Holding company ensuring streamlined communication.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience providing time management support for the executive, efficiently maintaining organization\u2019s databases, as well as understanding the operational demands across the business units and divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and ensure prompt delivery of business updates and reports from all business units &amp; divisions, and effectively track corporate performance and timely report delivery to the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with Internal and External stakeholders on behalf of the executive as well as handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare correspondences, business briefing reports and presentations while also coordinating research tasks &amp; reviewing all incoming letters requiring the CEO\u2019s attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a First Degree in Law, Economics or Social Sciences from a reputable University.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Five (5) to Seven (7) years\u2019 work experience in an executive assistant or related function role within a structured organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/RandACIF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ralds &amp; Agate is one of the leading Business Management Consulting firms in Africa.
